ASPECTON TABLETS BLACKCURRANT are chewable tablets used for irritating cough and hoarseness.
- They contain an extract of Iceland lichen, which forms a protective layer on the mucous membrane.
- It prevents the mucous membrane from drying out and thus weakens the external irritation.
- Can be taken as needed - up to 10 tablets per day
Aspecton Blackcurrant tablets are sucked for irritating coughs and hoarseness. The high proportion of humectants in Iceland lichen prevents the mucous membrane from drying out by binding water on its surface. In addition, the production of saliva is also promoted by sucking the tablets, which leads to further moistening of the mucous membranes.
It is suitable for children from 4 years of age.
Aspecton blackcurrant tablets are sugar-free, with vitamin C and have a refreshing taste thanks to the blackcurrant flavour.
Iceland lichen (Cetraria islandica) grows mainly in alpine and arctic regions.
The substances contained in Iceland lichen form a protective layer on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. The irritated mucous membrane is thus protected from external irritation, thus preventing further coughing. Irritation relief is achieved due to the high mucilaginous content of the Iceland lichen extract. These substances prevent the mucous membranes from drying out by binding water on the surface of the mucous membrane.
For adults and children since 4 years: Up to 10 times a day let dissolve 1 pastille. Do not drink, so that the contained substances act on the mucous membrane long enough.
The tablets can be taken as needed - if there is difficulty, it is advisable to let dissolve up to 10 tablets (in separate doses) to moisten the mucous membranes of the throat and pharynx during the day.
