Collagen is a water-insoluble protein and forms the basic building material of connective tissues.
It makes up 25-30 % of all proteins in the mammalian body, in the form of collagen fibres.
At least 28 different types of collagens are currently known. The most abundant collagen in the body is type I collagen. Type I collagen molecules chain together to form thick filaments and bundles of fibres that can already be seen with the naked eye. This type of collagen is found, for example, in tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, organ casings...
For adults 1 cube per day, for children half a cube per day in the morning on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
Take Colafit for at least 2-3 months at least 2 times a year. If necessary, you can take it permanently.
